I am thrilled when I get these testimonials from my students and clients.  I hope reading them will help those new to this type of work to make the decisions to join us, as we expand the power that is within each of us.   As we tackle issues and practice powerful techniques, we all learn from one another.  I bring my years of experience, and each student brings their own life experience and talents.  When we put these together we have dynamic, exciting learning experience.

4. I haven’t taken the online coaching yet, but the one-on-one sessions are amazing for me. I feel like a weight has been taken off my shoulders. From Audrey:  When I was going over what my students were saying – it was reaffirmed that one of the most powerful online coaching calls was the one on teaching how to set a  “step-by-step plan of action”.   I also believe that what made this so successful was that we all worked at setting our goals.  Not only what they appeared on the surface but also getting down to the core needs that our goals were really about.   When the unconscious needs are unearthed it becomes so much easier to move forward.  Then the next step of setting up the plan seems to just evolve easily and it becomes clear how to set the step-by-step plan.

Of course, there is some much more that is going on underneath.  In all the calls, self-hypnotic techniques are helpful in getting to the unconscious information that drives our patterns.   Then it becomes possible to change negative self-talk and beliefs to constructive and motivating ones.  When we have the conscious and unconscious parts of the mind working on the same team, it gives us motivation and fuels our energy reserves.  Also as stuffed emotions  are released  old beliefs that had been pulling us down, can change.  We are freed up to tap into our true and unlimited creative energy.
